    Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the dermHA website (www.dermha.com) operated by Skin Health Solutions, doing business as dermHA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with Mildred Bell as the Principal Owner.

If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

    16. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
